a new year is dawning,
and i'm still yawning.
it's been a rollercoaster,
within the last year.

i can never forget what passed,
but i have to let it pass.
i'm happy to have lived through it,
and i am ready to admit.

the new year is here,
and we should all cheer.
hope that she's enjoying,
everything that is happening.

i wish her all the best,
she is always blessed.
