Let's see - What causes your heart rate to spike?

1: When you're happy with your loved one. :)
2: When you're enjoying life. :)
3: When you're exercising.
4: When you're fucking angry.
5: When you're fucking sad.
6: When you're bloody scared.
7: When you're playing games.

Well, I can pretty much say that I've experienced that list in the past 8 months. 2009 is ending pretty soon! How time flies! I love the first reason. Like she said, my heart rate spikes when I'm really happy with her. She knows how to make me happy. =D

Well, heart rate spiking can be good and can be bad. When it's good, you feel good all over. Well, when it's bad, your whole body feels like crap.

Whatever the case, I know I have the Girl to be there for me and to keep me happy.
